As soon as your purchase is confirmed, we'll send your Product Key to you via email. This is an automated process and usually only takes a couple of minutes.
PayPal is ideal if you already have a PayPal account, but an account is not required.
Hotmail and other Webmail Users - Notice
Please Note: If you use Hotmail or another free web-based service as your primary email address, first disable your Junk/Bulk/SPAM filters before making a purchase, or use another email address if you have one. These free services often accidentally flag your license key email as Junk. If this happens, be sure to check your Junk, Bulk, or SPAM folder if you do not receive your license in your normal Inbox.Notes
If you choose the PayPal method and pay using an "eCheck", it will take up to five business days for your bank to clear the funds. Likewise, if any of our processors find a problem with your order (for example, if your credit/debit card has been reported stolen recently), a delay may be possible.In the event you do not immediately receive your License Key, please wait at least 20 minutes, and email us. We will be more than happy to accomodate you. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we do not want you to suffer or feel unimportant due to the not-so-honest people out there. It is because of you, our satisfied customers, that VDJ has gotten to where it has. We will not let those who aren't so honest get in the way of you having a great customer experience.
If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your customer experience, please email us at one of the addresses on our contact page and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
Just remember: we are here to help you. Please be sure to contact us before you contact our payment processor or your credit card company or bank. We will do whatever we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase -- even if it means refunding your money. We don't encourage refunds, which is why we offer a free trial version of our software -- but we will issue a refund if the circumstances are right and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
