As soon as your purchase is confirmed, we'll send your Product Key to you via email. This is an automated process and usually only takes a couple of minutes.

SPAM and JUNK mail filter Notice:

Please Note: If you do not receive your license key email within a few minutes, make sure to disable your Junk/Bulk/SPAM filters or check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder. Our license emails are automatically generated, and some filters incorrectly flag them as SPAM.

If you choose the PayPal method and pay using an "eCheck", it will take up to five business days for your bank to clear the funds. Likewise, if any of our processors find a problem with your order (for example, if your credit/debit card has been reported stolen recently), a delay may be possible.

In the event you do not immediately receive your License Key, please wait at least 20 minutes, and email us. We will be more than happy to accomodate you. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we do not want you to suffer or feel unimportant due to the not-so-honest people out there. It is because of you, our satisfied customers, that VDJ has gotten to where it has. We will not let those who aren't so honest get in the way of you having a great customer experience.

If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your customer experience, please email us at one of the addresses on our contact page and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Just remember: we are here to help you. Please be sure to contact us before you contact our payment processor or your credit card company or bank. We will do whatever we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase -- even if it means refunding your money. We don't encourage refunds, which is why we offer a free trial version of our software -- but we will issue a refund if the circumstances are right and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Junk Mail Filters

If you do not receive your license key email within 20 to 30 minutes, please make sure to check your JUNK, SPAM or BULK mail folders. Some online services (such as AOL, Yahoo! Mail, and many others) automatically try to block spam, and sometimes our license emails are mistakenly flagged as spam, even though that email is the actual product you have purchased. If your service blocks spam without allowing you to view it later, you may need to disable this filtering before purchasing, or use a different email address you have access to.
