If you are having trouble with Virtual DJ Studio, please refer to the Help Documentation first. VDJ comes with comprehensive help that details every function of the software.

Note: Please make sure you are using the latest version of Virtual DJ Studio before you report a problem. Also, if you are having trouble using VDJ's Karaoke features, please read through our new Karaoke Tutorial, which provides lots of information, tips, and tricks that should help you get the most out of VDJ.

If you are still having trouble, or you think you may have found a bug, please send us an email with the following information:

• Your Operating System version (eg, Windows XP)
• Your Computer brand and model (or the specs on your system if known)
• What you were doing when you encountered the problem
• The nature and a detailed description of the problem
• If you are a Registered user, please include the name under which you registered VDJ
• The VDJ version number you are using (right-click and select About)

Special Note: If you are receiving an error message, please specify exactly what the error message says. Many times we receive support requests such as I get an error, which is not enough information for us to assist you. The more specific you can be, the faster we can help you get things going.

Send the above information to  customers@vdj.net. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. If you don't know all of the above information, please try your best to provide us as much information as possible. The more information we have available, the faster we can solve your problem.
