unravel the cable it will not be twisted and want to
snag.
The figure-8 will unravel cleanly when you are ready
to set up again, without snags or tangles. You can
usually place the cable in your tote as-is, or use a little
tape in the center, to make sure it doesn't unravel in
transit.
Hard Disk and Laptop
As mentioned before, make sure your laptop computer
and external hard disk are stored away from magnetic
sources such as your speakers. A separate laptop bag
should be used, and should be transported in the front
seat of your vehicle, rather than in back with the other
equipment.
Getting Out On Time
It was mentioned before that you should never end
with the same song each night. There are many tricks
to getting out on-time without upsetting the crowd.
